Account data: Email address, name, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text) when you create an account.
Usage data: Page views and feature usage via Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data).
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Project data: Cabinet designs, quotes, invoices, customers, and time entries you create within the app.
We use your information to provide the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, quote/invoice delivery), and improve the product. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Your data is stored on servers managed by Railway (backend/database) and Vercel (frontend). Both providers maintain SOC 2 compliance. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics does not use cookies.
We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. Backups may retain anonymized data for up to 90 days.
You may export all your data at any time using the backup feature. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will comply within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
