By accessing or using Millwork.App (“the Service”), operated by KosWebDev (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Millwork.App provides web-based cabinet design, cut list generation, CNC output, nesting, quoting, invoicing, and project management tools for professional cabinet makers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe after a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all paid plans. Contact support within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create. We do not sell your data. You may export your data at any time using the built-in backup feature. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
